1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Resumeely, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@resumeely.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content
Resumes, cover letters, and any other content you create remain yours. You grant Resumeely a limited license to host, render, and export that content solely so we can provide the service to you.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Resumeely to misrepresent another person, distribute malware, scrape the service, or violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are launching soon. Until then, every account is on a 5-day Pro trial. When billing launches you will be able to subscribe, change, or cancel from settings; your content stays even if you downgrade.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer
Resumeely is provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best to keep it fast, accurate, and available — but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific job-search outcomes.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify you in-product or by email before it takes effect.
